Shipping policy

We ship within the borders of South Africa using Courierguy or other trusted courier service providers. When your order has shipped, you will receive a final invoice and the Tracking Information will be noted on your invoice.

All orders below R1500 total will incur a flat rate shipping fee of R150 excl VAT.

Orders with a value of R1500 or more will qualify for free shipping. Some products may not qualify for free shipping and will be indicated as such.

Most products will be shipped using Express / Overnight service and will be delivered in 1 – 2 days nationwide. Bulky items can take as long as 5 working days to be delivered. Delivery to outlying areas can take longer than to city centres.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

Returns policy

For health and safety reasons, nutritional products are not eligible for return. All nutritional products are sealed when shipped. If you receive nutrition products of which the seal has been broken or damaged, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.

For any other products like clothing, merchandise, accessories etc. you can return the product to us within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you to arrange for the refund to be processed.

We reserve the right to reject a refund request or grant partial refunds.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@forenutrition.co.za and send your item to: 47a 10th street, Menlo Park
